We absolutely love this beautifully atmospheric oil on board of a London river scene, signed B Pugh.  Most likely, dating between 1950-60 by Bert Pugh (1904-2001) who regularly painted riverside scenes similar to this one. 
Framed in a lovely vintage oak frame with double slip.
